Farm Creek Cabins
Effective Date: May 20, 2025
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Farm Creek Cabins website and the rental of our cabins (“Services”). By booking a stay or using our site, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Booking and Payment
  • All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed once payment is received.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.
  • We accept payment via [credit card, e-transfer, etc.].
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • Cancellations made 14 or more days before check-in: Full refund.
  • Cancellations made 7–13 days before check-in: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in: No refund.
  • No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.
3. Check-In / Check-Out
  • Check-in time: 3:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out requests must be made in advance and are subject to availability and possible fees.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to:
  • Treat the property with care and respect.
  • Abide by the maximum occupancy limits listed at the time of booking.
  • Not engage in illegal activities or cause disturbance to neighbors or wildlife.
  • Be responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
  • Leave the property in a reasonably clean condition.
Farm Creek Cabins reserves the right to charge for any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning required after check-out.
5. Pets and Smoking
  • Pets: [Insert policy – e.g., not permitted or allowed with prior approval and pet fee]
  • Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the cabins. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Violation will result in a cleaning fee.
6. Liability
  • Farm Creek Cabins is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property during your stay.
  • Use of the property, including outdoor spaces, firepits, trails, and other features, is at your own risk.
  • We are not liable for disruptions caused by weather, wildlife, power outages, or other acts of nature.
7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our [Privacy Policy] for details on how we collect, use, and store your personal information in accordance with Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
8. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure to perform any part of our obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or pandemics.

We may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website. Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
